SALES COORDINATOR

Sunridge Hotel Group is seeking a high-performing Sales Coordinator for our Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott properties located in Sedona, AZ. Proper candidate will be innovative, motivated & self-driven with an attention to detail and strong work ethic.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Sales Support

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
  • Assist clients with copies of receipts and folios when requested, especially when related to group bookings
  • Record/maintain sales efforts in CRM database as directed by Director of Sales
  • Assist Director of Sales in planning and executing effective Sales Blitz and/or Customer Events.
  • Maintain electronic & hard copy files for groups, meeting and negotiated accounts as needed and directed by Director of Sales
  • Assist Director of Sales with site tours
  • See event process through from beginning to end

  Communication

  • Inform Director of Sales with any potential problems with clients, meetings or groups
  • Communicate with Director of Sales on a daily basis to determine daily goals and plans
  • Fill out lead sheets for inquiries

  REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 years sales experience required: hospitality sales preferred.
• Must be available evenings and weekends as needed. Schedule is dictated by booked group demand.
• Must be able to use Google Sheets and Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of SalesForce or similar system a strong plus, but not required. BENEFITS
