Supply Chain & Pricing Trainee Program Overview:
18 month , rotational program exposing you to all functions and fundamentals in Supply Chain & Pricing
6 months working in a high-volume branch specifically in the areas of frontline work receiving and ordering
Replenishment with the purchasing team
Vendor Relations
Completion of a mission critical project that will impact the business line
Based at Corporate Headquarters in McKinney, TX
The supply chain & pricing corporate trainee will be hands-on from day one. This immersive program will teach you the fundamentals and functions within our supply chain and pricing departments over the course of several months. You will gain knowledge and experience that will help you grow within the company. Upon successful completion of the program, you will take on an exciting new challenge in your first role.
Trainee Program Requirements:
Currently holds or will obtain a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution, Business or related major by August 2023.
Prior work / internship experience in operations, supply chain, purchasing or pricing preferred.
High emotional intelligence and business acumen
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Personable, Organized, & Attention to Detail
Must demonstrate that you can work in a hands-on, team driven, high growth environment
