GreenTree Hospitality Group is actively seeking a Corporate Revenue & Distribution Manager with previous experience in revenue and distribution management in the hotel industry.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to generate revenue, through working with GMs/FD to track customer trends and reservations and adjusting rates (incl. building rates for rooms and packages and determining discounts and specialty rates)
• Evaluate pricing and yield strategies of comp set to maintain competitiveness, gaining the ability to predict the comp set reaction to changes in the marketplace
• Monitor and manage rates for corporate properties on a daily basis, working with the GMs
• Generate revenue reports and forecast on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for GMs and management team
• Conduct weekly strategy meetings for properties, discuss trends and sales tactics, review results from previous meetings, and determine action plans to maximize RevPAR
• Manage all hotel distribution channels to achieve goals and budget (ROIs and KPIs) and monitor all channels to ensure content accuracy, rate parity, inventory, and pricing integrity
• Cultivate relationships with vendors and internet wholesalers to accomplish revenue goals and negotiate placement for hotels
• Participate in monthly budget/P&L process for corporate-managed hotels

REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND DESIRED TRAITS:

• Bachelor’s degree required, strongly preferred in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• Previous experience in revenue and channel management in hotel industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PMS
• Command of the English language in both written and verbal
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Incredible attention to detail
• Must be located in Greater Phoenix Area as this is not a remote job
