We’re looking for a Recruiter/Sourcer in our Talent Attraction team. Our Talent Attraction team champions our culture by working tirelessly to attract and retain the best people.
Responsibilities:
- Owning the sourcing process from search, initiating candidate relation to qualifications
- You can handle ambiguity in times of change management
- Maintain records with accuracy in our ATS and maintain high Data integrity
- Build strong relationships with internal candidates and hiring managers
- Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvements
- Educate and influence the business on the philosophy, approach and best practices of candidate discovery
Qualifications
- 0-5 years sourcing experience within a rapidly growing organization
- Demonstrable history of developing and using creative sourcing strategies
- Strong market knowledge of the competitive landscape for talent across the US
- Ability to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
- Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both

Pay: $42,885.00 - $86,542.00 per year
