Real Estate Trainee Overview:

• Rotational program teaching you fundamentals and functions of corporate real estate
• Focused development in Lease Administration, Real Estate Operations and Transaction Management
• Challenging and exciting projects assisting with Greenfield openings
• Based at Corporate Headquarters in McKinney, TX

The real estate corporate trainee will be hands-on from day one. This immersive program will teach you the fundamentals and functions within the real estate and greenfield departments over the course of several months. You will gain knowledge and experience that will help you grow within the company. Upon successful completion of the program, you will take on an exciting new challenge in your first role.

Trainee Program Requirements:

• Currently holds or will obtain a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related major by August 2023.
• Prior work / internship experience in commercial real estate or franchising preferred
• Strong interest in corporate real estate
• High emotional intelligence and business acumen
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Personable, Organized, & Attention to Detail
• Must demonstrate that you can work in a hands-on, team driven, high growth environment
• Candidates who have a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, reliable transportation, are authorized to work for any employer without sponsorship in the US and will pass criminal and driving background check with a pre-employment drug test will be considered.
