Corporate Paralegal (Capital Markets)

Must have at least 3 years Corporate Paralegal experience, required

In this Corporate Paralegal role, you will:

• Coordinate transaction closings and review, organize, obtain and prepare closing documentation
• Assemble and distribute all post-closing documentation
• Fulfill requests and field questions from clients and transaction parties
• Maintain all records for completed transactions
• Handle filings of UCC financing statements and continuations
• Conduct pre-closings, coordinate execution of closing documents and maintain transaction files

What you bring to the table as an experienced Corporate Paralegal:

• BA degree, required
• Paralegal certificate, preferred
• Experience from a major law firm preferred
• Stable work history
• Love getting up in the morning and going to work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
