The Clearfork Group is hiring a Hospice Compliance Nurse to join our corporate team. We are searching for individuals who possess a high degree of integrity, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to compassionate patient care. Your primary responsibilities will be to review medical records to assess the accuracy of services and quality of care provided and assess whether these services have met practice and ethical standard requirements.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting is required. (Hospice Preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.
- Ability to take initiative, set priorities, multitask, and organize work. Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Has the ability to provide technical guidance, advice, and support to professional staff where needed.
- Has strong knowledge of Regulatory Processes governed by respective systems.
