JOB SUMMARY

Artisan Design Group is seeking a motivated, resourceful, analytical individual to join our Corporate Development & Initiatives team. This highly impactful team is responsible for executing on ADG’s growth strategy on its way to becoming one of the fastest growing companies in Dallas. We are seeking a Candidate who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and

is ready to contribute from the beginning, who has an enduring work ethic and track record of success and is a proactive individual who can work well in a team, but also on a self-directed basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Conduct primary and secondary research on markets, competitors, and potential customers & acquisition targets.
  • Assist in the preparation of company valuations and financial models.
  • Assist in creating succinct presentations for the Board of Directors and management.
  • Participate and assist in M&A transactions including strategic analysis, valuation, financial and operational due diligence, legal documentation, and integration planning.
  • Assist in the coordination of cross functional teams of internal resources and external advisors.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
