- Master the concepts of being an IT Sales Professional while building your personal brand
- Profile through cold calling and various prospecting methods
- Retain existing active buying accounts through profiling and meeting with customers
- Acquire the IT needs of small and midsize businesses while providing customers with an extraordinary experience
- Resolve customer inquiries, determine customer pain points and offer solutions to drive company revenue
- Practice extensively internal sales tools including our customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning and quote creation tool
- Provide insight into the connection between technology and the impact on businesses
- Maximize efficiency around time management and prioritization of differing responsibilities and customer requests

- Completed Bachelor’s Degree (College/University)
- 1+ year previous sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in business productivity tools (Microsoft) - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to build new build customer relationships
- Ability to actively listen and take direction
- Ability to learn new information and systems
- Ability to understand basic technology principles
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem solve
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and a high sense of urgency are critical
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and go-getter mentality
- Quick and eager learner
