Job Overview

You will be responsible for promoting our products and lifestyle in printed/digital copy, and collateral. This role works closely with the Client Experience, Inventory and Workshop teams to ensure uniform communication and language across all of our platforms. Success in this role means you can apply a creative mindset and demonstrate diligent attention to detail in updating our copy and social media pages, responding to followers, and tracking user engagement.

About The Role

• Create copy for various marketing collateral, advertisements, and social media
• Using the Lugano voice to write, edit, and publish engaging work product across all business platforms
• Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience
• Complement our product imagery and videos with appropriate text
• Update our social media pages, websites, and other media with compelling company news
• Coordinate with internal teams to create additional marketing collateral (e.g., with the Events team, with the Inventory/Workshop team for new product releases, etc.)
• Collaborate with Marketing Team on newsletter content development to boost brand awareness and engagement
• Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages promptly and with accuracy
• Be highly self-motivated and hardworking with an ability to prioritize multiple (sometimes changing) projects in a fast-paced environment
• Assist in bringing to life strong conceptual designs, and offer solutions as we innovate and grow

• You’ve been responsible for creating web, ad, and social media copy

• You take a meticulous and efficient approach to your daily tasks while continually being able to adjust priorities to meet the needs of the business.
• Knowledge of high jewelry is a plus.

Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance.
