Flight Operations

The Flight Operations team includes aircraft pilots and pilot support.

Job overview and responsibilities

Provides face-to-face and phone service to student pilots and FTC personnel. Job duties include issuing corporate and CREW badges, scanning fingerprints, processing I-9 documents, updating Pilot Records, troubleshooting and configuration of Electronic Flight Bags (iPads).

Will act as a signatory/authorizer for airport SIDA badges
Acts as a resource for questions regarding company policies and campus procedures
Issuance/replacement of corporate CREW badges
Configuration and/or troubleshooting iPad devices
Face-to-face customer service
Phone based customer service
Administration of SIDA badges
Updates pilot records with Passport, Visa, Medicals, and License information
Other miscellaneous administrative support duties
Qualifications

Qualifications - External

Required

High School Diploma
Customer Service skills, good oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of computers and/or technical experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

Some College
Microsoft Office Applications
Airline or Airport related experience

The salary for this position is $40,850.00 to $53,979.00 dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
