About the Role:

The Coordinator, Ticket Strategy is responsible for supporting the Giants strategic ticketing objectives, with a focus on pricing and inventory management, ticket marketing, and enforcement of resale policies. This role will serve a critical function in helping the Giants maximize revenue opportunities, acquire new customers, and retain core business to achieve ticketing goals. The role will maintain strong organizational skills, with an attention to detail, while meeting deadlines working in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Execute inventory management strategies to support ticket goals, maximize revenue and encourage operational efficiencies
  • Execute primary market pricing strategies to balance goals of simultaneously maximizing attendance and revenue.
  • Assist with Giants ticket offers, including offer concept, game selection, seat selection, and pricing recommendations.
  • Assist with the management of The 415 membership, coordinating with multiple departments to execute fan acquisition strategies targeting a younger and more diverse fan base.
  • Work with Ticket Operations to submit parameters for the set up of Giants ticket offers and products.
  • Set up automated customer journeys designed to support ticketing goals and KPIs.
  • Work with Giants Club Producer and Marketing department to communicate ticketing priorities for Giants media.
  • Write ticket marketing copy and work with Club Producer on setup for ticket landing pages, web, email, and other ticketing features.
  • Serve as ticketing advisor for the Special Events department, including but not limited to pricing, inventory management, leveraging technology, targeting and strategic messaging, etc.
  • Assist with selection of inventory for secondary market sales, and process all secondary market partner orders and returns.
  • Monitor purchase activity of unauthorized resellers in Giants primary ticket products. Track and monitor risk accounts, and assist in decision making on enforcing restrictions as appropriate.

At the San Francisco Giants, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The hourly rate for this position will be $35.00 / hour.

In addition to your pay, the San Francisco Giants believe in providing a competitive total rewards package for its employees.
