Resumen
Coordinate the reverse logistics activities for outbound execution across the CBI Network for beer division; controling cycle times, conciliations, inventory levels, shipment plans, new acquisition and 3PL services for Kegs, Returnable Panels and Plastic Pallets.

Responsabilidades
1.Collect and analyze the inventories of Returnable Materials in a daily basis, providing the support to our Network.
2.Validate the movements of each shipment in the Network related with the Returnable Materials and improve the cycle time of each category with collection optimization.
3.Physical or virtual inventories of Returnable Materials directly in our Network, in order to avoid any deviation in our fixed assets.
4.Lead the traceability of the Reverse Logistics plan to maintain the Breweries production elaborating the Returnable Materials program, optimizing and taking care of the inventory levels, to support their productions, optimizing costs.
5.Coordination to optimize the clean & segregation operation with our 3PL supplier. Validation and control the payments to the supplier working closely with Finance to ensure the budget and follow the internal controls. Capabilities, adherence of the shipment plans and payments.
6.Improve and support the new projects of reverse logistics.
7.Ensure that all operational risks are evaluated regularly and that key risks are comprehensively mitigated against. Improve the KPI´s of the operation, planning programs to ensure distribution, timely and effective logistics services .
