What you will do:
  • Support the Design & Construction department in managing the day-to-day coordination of paperwork (contracts, invoices, purchase orders, commitment documents, paperwork), maintaining project schedules, delivery coordination and maintaining accurate information in our CM systems.
  • Work closely with members of the Design & Construction Department in maintaining and assisting in the administration of the vast and diverse design and construction projects.
  • Process and Maintain the administrative functions of the Design & Construction department and, escalating relevant information to department directors as needed.
  • Strong communication Skills with the ability to report to internal teams and Residents on project status, Resident impact and timelines.
What you should have:
  • Superb professionalism and ability to maintain data, processes, and documents.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • The technical experience to efficiently use a variety of software platforms.
  • A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
  • Knowledge of the Design & Construction world within a Multi-Family and Development Organization.
  • Construction Cost Accounting, Contract Management and IAI Experience.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and analyze data.

Hourly Pay Rate: $28.00 - $35.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
