Salary Range: $44,480 - $54,028 annually
Essential Functions and Objectives:
Supports individuals, teams and/or departments through facilitating and regulating a series of activities and work streams. Carries out specific tasks based on established procedures, to ensure a broader set of priorities and objectives are met. Primary focus on execution of assigned tasks in a specific area of responsibility, with a non-technical score and a high degree of customer service.
Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:
Organize parent involvement activities, workshops and classes utilizing best practices and provide information and resources to parents in appropriately timely manner.
Work with Instructional Superintendents and Principals to manage the relationships between school and their parent community.
Organize, coordinate and supervise before and after school programs.
Make home visits to establish positive relationships with student families to support identifying assets and needs to support student success (attendance, academics, goals, etc).
Attend parent-oriented school events (e.g., back to school night) that foster relationships with families.
Participate as a key leader in the school needs assessment process to identify gaps in service for students, family and community members.

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
