Summary
The Diabetes and Endocrinology division is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Coordinator, Business Operations who will assist physicians and the general office with day-to-day operations at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children's Hospital.
Job Duties
- Responsible for coordinating travel logistics for faculty and processing expense reports, reimbursements, check requests, invoices and purchase orders.
- Tracks faculty memberships and licenses for renewal.
- Prepares memos, general correspondence, spreadsheets, and power point presentations.
- Assists with new hire onboarding and credentialing process.
- Creates and maintains physician on-call schedule and manages the SPOK on-call system in QGenda.
- Updates financial expense log spreadsheet and reviews expenditures to ensure proper monthly reconciliation.
- Troubleshoots facilities, telecom, copier and IS issues.
- Assists with daily mail run and mail distribution to all campuses.
- Coordinates special events, conferences and meetings.
- Special projects as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Two years of relevant experience.
