STAR Nova, a division of STAR Education, is looking to hire creative, dynamic teachers that have a passion for cooking and a desire to share that passion with elementary-age students. Instructor Pay: $35 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
Classes take place on school campuses within the hours of 2:00 and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Location: West Los Angeles/ Hollywood
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Independently lead a group of up to 14 students from Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Must have Reliable Transportation
Must be punctual, reliable, enthusiastic, responsible, and flexible
Dedicated to children with diverse backgrounds and academic levels.
COVID-19 considerations:
To teach on campus, instructors must have both doses of Covid vaccination and wear masks inside on campuses
EXPERIENCE:
Teaching: 1 year (Required, not necessarily cooking)
