We are seeking skilled team players/Cooks that will prepare every item to exact specs. Our team / cooks must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be capable of moving around the kitchen with pace and able to multi-task. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. You will cook dishes that will delight our guests with great taste and timely delivery.
The goal is great quality food with a great atmosphere of teamwork.
Responsibilities
- High level team player willing to help his/her team
- Operate their station in a sanitary and safe way
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Monitor cook times and stay focused on Quality and Speed
