Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accepts deliveries and rotates stock
  • Runs product to and from storage areas
  • Maintains cleanliness of the dish area
  • Ensure that all health department regulations are followed and that the food preparation area is kept sanitary and safe
  • Clean, stock and maintain the store
  • Ensure compliance with all airport and TSA regulations regarding kitchen equipment, supplies, and their security
  • Other duties as needed

Supervision Received and Exercised: Works under the general supervision of a General Manager and defer to the direction of the designated Shift Lead (usually the General Manager or one of the Senior Wine Associates) for day-to-day activities. No formal supervisory responsibilities.


Education and Experience Requirements: High School or Equivalent


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • 21 years of age or older (will be handling and constantly exposed to alcoholic beverages)
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Able to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds

Eligible for minimal travel:

  • Annual Wine Training Retreat, if eligible
