Hero Digital is looking for a Senior Producer/Project Manager who will be collaborating cross functionally to deliver a high profile project across multiple digital platforms on a global scale. This role involves overseeing the project and guiding design. This project involves 2 tracks of work that will run concurrently:

• One track will be developing User Personas. This will include looking at the clients ecosystem of website/apps/products to craft user journeys which will lead to roadmapping projects that may include website updates, campaigns, gamification and much more.
• The other track of work will support UX design work on the product side. This team will work together with the lead on various projects.

*This is a remote 6 month contract which may require working PST hours*
What you'll do

• Manage the scope for an interactive project
• Oversee two tracks of work (Product design support & UX Strategy).
• Assist in making adjustments to the project timeline, scheduling, and defining priorities
• Ability to articulate the big picture and overarching mission while maintaining a high attention to detail and tactical execution of complex systems
• Proactively identify solutions to meet changes in project scope while maintaining the integrity of the creative vision against tight deadlines
• Balance project scope, priorities and goals with various teams and keep clear and constant communication channels open with all stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally to route layouts, copy, renderings, and production files for review and approval
• Schedule handoffs and assure delivery of appropriate assets to teams
• Provide quality assurance on projects and promote exceptional quality standards on all deliverables
• Output will be a functional prototype built using client's proprietary WYSIWYG platform, in four languages. Prototype will be created and assembled by team of Production designers and leads based on screenshots uploaded to prototyping tool and hotspots added.

Who you are

• Minimum of 3-5+ yrs years experience managing digital projects
• Very comfortable with UX and experience strategy projects
• Ability to manage a hands-on client and uncover future opportunities with this team
• Well organized with positive attitude
• Problem solver able to keep team moving forward and unblocking hurdles
• Experience with production studio and process development
• Experienced leading asset development
• Have a very strong eye for detail
• Comfortable being client-facing with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency using spreadsheets to report project progress

Nice to have experience (will not be doing these tasks directly)

• Have a basic working knowledge of Photoshop
• Have an understanding of the fundamentals of how digital prototypes are created
• Previous exposure to a localization process
