Continuous Improvement Manager
Job description
Position Summary:
The continuous Improvement Manager will support the division’s GM and AGM in the achievement of the division’s financial and operational objectives. Lead a cross-functional team to implement continuous improvement activities in a division based on our Factory Concept, MAFACT. Responsible for conducting MAFACT assessments and create and improvement plan. Lead LEAN Capex review for new projects and prepare it for approval by the Group MAFACT Lead.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or manufacturing discipline
- Minimum five years' experience in Continuous Improvement, leading change initiatives, demonstrated application of CI concepts/tools and achievement of significant results
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, prefer at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment
- Engineering, Quality, Operations or organizational management experience
- Lean, KAIZEN and 5S required
- Black Belt certification
- Organizational and communication skills

- Independent, targeted and structured way of working
- Analytical and complex thinking skills
- Excellent computer skills with an advanced focus in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee, direct and manage all Continuous Improvement projects at the site
- Ensuring / training the necessary problem-solving techniques on site
- Implementation and execution of KAIZEN workshops
- Development and implementation of the required standards of the Factory System on site
- Responsible for the achievement of the group goals in the annual audit regarding the Factory System as well as the continuous support of the executives and departments
- Further development of the location in 5S
- Professional office management and management support in day-to-day operations
- Content-related and formal preparation of decision templates with the necessary research and data analysis
- Organization, preparation and implementation of meetings and events, preparation, and processing of meeting minutes
- Collaboration on special topics and projects
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
