What you’ll do:

In collaboration with the Organizational Development Specialist and agency leadership, the Continuing Education Coordinator will be responsible for providing learning opportunities to our Liberty workforce. The Continuing Education Coordinator will develop, organize, and facilitate trainings and development opportunities for all levels of employees across our agency.

This is a hybrid position, which will allow for more flexibility throughout the day!

What you’ll need:

· Ability to design educational materials and facilitate trainings

· Knowledge of the theories and model of adult learning.

· Ability to leverage existing learning technologies and communication systems to achieve optimal learning

· Understanding of talent management functions including employee development and performance management

· A passion for people and teaching

· Demonstrated ability to work well with individuals and groups with widely varying backgrounds, perspectives, education levels, and skill sets

· Strong organizational awareness and technical competency

· A commitment to practicing cultural humility

· Experience with project management

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Strong ability to teach and lead groups

· Excellent conflict management skills

· A creative thinker with attention to detail

· Proficiency in word-processing, desktop publishing, presentation applications, and virtual training modalities

· Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel

· HS Diploma or Equivalent

· Experience in Behavioral Healthcare, Disability Services, or other human services settings a PLUS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
