We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team at an exciting stage of our growth. As a guardian of our brand voice, you will be responsible for producing marketing-driven content across channels, ensuring quality and alignment with the standards of our tone of voice and style. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams in the creation and production of campaigns, educational resources, white papers, blog articles, scripts, marketing copy and much more.

Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Develop and oversee an integrated content strategy that encompasses channel selection and focus, editorial governance, and metrics that align with the company’s overall objectives with a priority focus on the website.
  • Develop amazing content with the support of the content and creative team, including videos, marketing campaigns, white papers, infographics, blogs, and data visualization, which will be distributed to our audience across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record leading website engagement and conversion strategies that improve performance and drive results
  • Ensure cohesive and impactful storytelling across the site that brings to life our value proposition and guides prospects through a seamless shopping experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to grow our organic web presence, increase qualified leadflow, enhance data capture, tracking, connectivity, and drive personalization across the site experience
  • Establish KPIs, develop reporting and dashboards (in partnership with Business Operations), and present data on website health and performance in a clear, concise, and actionable format to cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Create detailed project plans outlining requirements, task owners, milestones, dependencies & key risks and deliver project plans against tight deadlines
  • Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop core messaging and brand systems around new products and services
  • Mentor the content team, supporting the development of their skills
  • Tap into consumer insights and the expertise of our provider team to help formulate the best topics and themes for our content
  • Stay on the pulse of the competitive environment to help direct new ideas and innovation within our content generation
  • Support the administrative and executive teams with other requirements as are needed for the growth and success of the company
  • Domain expertise across SEO, tag management, web analytics, A/B testing, and form strategy
  • Proficient in WordPress


Who you are:

We are seeking someone with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or another related field. Work experience of the equivalent is also acceptable. You ideally should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a senior position in the field of communications, preferably as a Content Editor or Content Marketer. You will be creating engaging, informative content across numerous different channels, so you’ll need to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends to thrive in this role. A background or familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus, but not essential.

To be successful in this role, we believe you should:

  • Be highly experienced in managing content strategies for a business in a highly competitive environment
  • Have an exceptional communication skills, both in written and verbal form
  • Have a strong ability to engage, persuade and educate varying audiences, even on technical subjects
  • Be analytical, tech savvy and able to keep up with best practices in video, social media and other types of digital content
  • Have the ability to interpret website, blog, and social media data in gauging success of the company’s content and campaigns, and communicating meaningful results and insights to the senior leadership team
  • Be proficient in certain softwares which would aid in the creation of high-quality and engaging content, for example, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, and Photoshop
  • Have an exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to finalize projects within given time-frames
  • Have exceptional organization and multitasking skills and an ability to prioritize tasks
  • Be a team player, on top of the latest creative and content trends and be excited about driving new ideas and approaches
Work Schedule:
  • Full-Time
  • Hybrid schedule (3 days in the Head Office and 2 days work from home)
