As a Content Designer within PNC's Solutions Strategy & Design organization, you can sit in this is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations .
Job Description
As a part of the digital product development process, create content for digital experiences. Collaborate with experience designers, agile development teams, and core product team members. Deliver an engaging, consistent, and accessible experience to our audiences.
Create content and consult on voice, style, and grammar. Collaborate with other Content Designers and Experience Designers to apply your writing skills to an established product.
Identify problems and craft creative content solutions that educate and empower users.
Socialize & suggest changes to content guidelines that provide consistent language and labeling across a range of touchpoints.
Conduct user research; creating test plans, interview guides, test scripts, and analysis documents.
Shape the role of content in the digital product development process and work alongside product managers for legal, risk, and compliance reviews.

Planning: Tactical, Strategic – Ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
Product Development Life Cycle – Knowledge of and the ability to develop products and bring them into the marketplace.
User Experience Design – Knowledge of user experience design tools, techniques and approaches; ability to design applications that are valued, positively perceived and used by clients.
Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary : $49,500 and $119,600
Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors:
Individual salary may vary by geographic location / market data
Lower in range – Building skills and experience in the job
Mid-range – Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range – Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Incentive (as needed - only use for roles eligible for annual or non-annual incentive/bonus)
Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and individual performance
