P&N is seeking a Staff Consultant to work in our Settlement Funds, Class Action, Mass Tort and Claims Administration group. This role is perfect for someone with a little consulting experience who is looking to get their foot in the door in one of the fastest growing Consulting firms! We're looking for someone sharp, detail-oriented, and able to think critically through problems to best service our clients. This role has the opportunity to be a hybrid or fully remote role!

What You'll Need (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in fields related to Business, Information Systems and Decision Sciences, Data/Computer Science, Marketing/Communications, or an approved related field is required.
  • Experience with digital communications is preferred.
  • Experience with CSS is preferred, but not required.
  • Must have capacity for quickly understanding new concepts, workflows, and systems.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Professionally and appropriately communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Able to work in a highly organized manner within a fast-paced, innovative, and continuously changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with teams.
  • Technically proficient to perform at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite of products (specifically Excel, and Word, Outlook).
What You'll Do (General Responsibilities):
  • Under direct supervision, prepares and completes assigned tasks in an efficient manner and within allotted timeframes in support of this growing team.
  • Monitors workload to meet production expectations.
  • Documents procedures performed, findings and/or other issues, and drafts/compiles work papers, reports, and client correspondence exhibiting effective writing skills.
  • Identifies issues/concerns and communicates such items to supervisors.
  • Develops proficiency for Firm software applications and procedures.
  • Assists in development of training materials and presentations as required.
  • Prepares for relevant certification exams until completed and maintains the required CPE for firm and licensing requirements.
  • May be required to travel and work from different company and client locations.
  • May be required to work extended/overtime hours during workweek and/or on weekends as needed.

This position spends a significant amount of time sitting and operating a computer. Lifting requirements will not typically exceed 25 pounds.
