At Salesloft, our Client Directors are pivotal to our company's success. You will lead programs for some our largest accounts, comprised of high-performing consultants who help our customers align go-to-market motions with teams, process, and technology to drive customer outcomes on an ongoing basis.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for setting the program delivery strategy and leading a cross-functional team delivering on this vision.

Specifically, you will:

  • Partner with customers to understand their current and future business goals and challenges and translate that into people, product, and process vision and roadmap for execution.
  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with solutions in our platform while increasing adoption and performance.
  • Advocate on behalf of customers by working cross-functionally with colleagues to deliver on customer needs.
  • Lead customer performance, identifying achievement of goals and ROI, and driving the customer toward the future-state vision and outcomes.
  • Partner with internal account program team (e.g. Sales, Services, Success, Support) to design and execute optimal account plans for each customer.
  • Preemptively spot patterns to improve the organizational usage and adoption of the Salesloft platform.
  • Oversee program team resourcing, ensuring the team has the resources, skills, and availability required to deliver successfully.

We are seeking a bias-towards-action, results-oriented, motivated and Client Director who can translate a customer's challenges and current-state into an actionable roadmap and delivery team to build the people, processes, technology, and engagement strategy that achieves and exceeds the customer's goals.

THE TEAM:

Our Salesloft's Consulting team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming consultants who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Consulting team consists of curious and solution oriented individuals driven by setting our customers up for transformative success.

THE SKILLSET:

  • Prior consulting experience desired
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in SaaS services with at least 2 years experience in sales engagement. Experience driving transformation for clients leveraging CRM, Marketing Automation, and Sales Engagement platforms desired.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with Enterprise customers; able to navigate large and complex organizations, gain access to key executives and stakeholders, with a proven record of attaining meaningful alignment and driving organizational transformation
  • Demonstrated experience driving measurable customer outcomes with large, complex organizations.
  • Comfortability working with data sets to extract insights, create baselines, and present findings.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable presenting to cross-functional executives both internally and externally.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to establish and maintain relationships built on trust is imperative.
  • Must be dynamic, innovative, and possess creative problem solving skills in order to resolve roadblocks and drive continuous improvement.
  • An initiator and a pusher. Has the urge and ability to make things happen and to solve practical problems in a dynamic environment. Results driven.
  • Flexible to meet client commitments including travel as needed to meet client needs. Self-motivated, creative, and proactive.
  • Passion to expand business and technical knowledge, and keep up to date with best practices and latest technology.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL:

  • Attend Salesloft's New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our "Lofters" unique
  • Join our 3-week Sales Bootcamp, where you will learn our software and all the skills necessary to set you up for success, allowing you to make an impact in the market quickly
  • Begin 1:1's with your manager, understand your 30-6-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team, and delve into your territory
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Get immersed in the methods and frameworks leveraged in executing our programmatic services
  • Team up with program teams to shadow existing customer programs

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL:

  • Be leading customer programs
  • Be proficient in applying strategy methods and frameworks to customer engagements
  • Establishing working relationships with Sales Account Executives, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Sponsors
  • Analyze customer performance and inform customer roadmaps

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL:

  • Deliver transformation for our customers, resulting in meaningful customer outcomes
  • Contribute to our methods and frameworks optimization
  • Confidently deliver customer roadmaps and organizational recommendations
  • Leading program services teams to drive measurable outcomes for our customers

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL:

  • Be running customer performance reviews as part of Executive Business Reviews
  • Aid your accounts in showing bottom-line impacting results
  • Aiding in the growth of Salesloft within your accounts

It is Salesloft's intent to pay all Lofters competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Salesloft's compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay with our organization.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location..

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $89,000 to $152,000.

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
