We’re looking for a capable Construction Superintendent to manage projects on-site from beginning to completion. Candidates must be able to multi task, function effectively under strict time constraints, and be able to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced collaborative environment while demonstrating a team player attitude. Candidates must have 5- 7 years of experience managing commercial and multi residential projects. WE ARE LOCATED In FOX LAKE, IL. WE HAVE OPENINGS in Granville, Michigan. Company participation in health benefits. Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in pre-construction schedule, logistics and planning
• Adhere to project schedules and weekly reports to clients
• Manage multiple projects and/or large complex projects
• Manage and coordinate field team including subcontractors and owner vendors
• Coordinate plans and specifications with architects and engineers
• Maintain and manage Mega Development safety culture and OSHA standards
• Promote teamwork and open communications on the project site
• Recognize and resolve on-site challenges and issues
• Participate in potential client interviews

Requirements:

Experience managing all aspects of field operations field operations including scheduling, quality control and coordinating sub-contractors. Candidates must be conscientious and flexible, with strong work ethic and team first attitude. Looking for highly motivated with strong skills in time management and prioritization. Candidates must have a solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge, proficiency with scheduling software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Projects and One Drive. Must have solid written and verbal communication skills in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
