Project Manager
South Coast Improvement Company is a dynamic, success driven commercial construction management firm and we are seeking a Project Manager to join our diverse, talented team. In addition to strong relationships with several well-respected institutions across various sectors in the greater Boston Area, South Coast Improvement has 85% repeat business with some of the largest providers of Senior Living and Affordable housing along the East Coast.
Project Manager Qualifications:

• 5 years prior commercial construction experience
• AIA billing experience
• Procore experience
• Experience working with subcontractors
• GMP contract and billing experience

Project Manager Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with solid decision making skills.
• Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong software skills to include MS Office.
• Bachelors Degree Preferred

Project Manager Compensation:

• Salary commensurate with experience, anticipated range: $95,000 to $135,000 yearly
• Auto allowance and fuel reimbursement
