We are seeking a high-energy, professional individual to join our team as the Construction Project Manager to work on multiple properties across the HAN Capital portfolio. The primary focus for this role will be supporting projects at our various RV parks and manufactured housing communities throughout the country. This person must be trustworthy and self-driven with a proven background in construction project management. Our company has been growing rapidly and the right individual for this role is very organized, great with people, and comfortable with shifting priorities.

Under the general direction of the Construction Manager, the Construction Project Manager provides diverse project management support functions for design, construction, and modernization projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Compile project scopes, budgets and schedules

• Obtain bids from vendors based upon the scope of work

• Understand and review AIA documents relating to projects, including but not limited to contracts, surveys, budgets, schedules and drawings

• Procure and manage local contractors, subcontractors and specialty vendors

• Communicate with contractors to provide guidance on projects

• Ensure quality standards are understood and maintained

• Ensure project team members and contractors adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Three years commercial construction experience

• Manufactured housing, RV park and Campground renovations experience a plus

• Ability to prioritize work on multiple projects

• Well organized, detail oriented, and deadline driven

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Extensive efficiency using MS Officeand Google Suite

• Reliable, ethical, trustworthy and high-energy

• Self-driven with the ability to work alone

• Proven record of delivering construction projects on time and on budget a plus

The ideal candidate for this role will be located in Colorado, and within driving distance of Glenwood Springs and Fruita, CO.

This job pays a salary up $50,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits include, but are not limited to health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Hours are typically Mon - Fri from 9 am - 5 pm. This position is a remote position that includes 25-50% travel by car and/or plane. Some overnight stays will be required.
