Construction Project Coordinator, DOEAs a construction project coordinator, your primary responsibilities are to oversee the operations of a construction project. You hire the necessary crew members, manage supplies, update clients on progress, and implement procedures to adhere to building and safety codes.
Job Description
1) Manage and coordinate projects in mega sites during several stages (Proposal/Construction/Completion/Handover)
2)Manage contractors, vendors, suppliers, etc., when requested
3) Prepare accurate and efficient vendor procurements
4) Work with functional leaders and each project team about project planning, building, and design, and ensure to meet of target objectives, budget, and timelines
5) Monitor and control project schedule and budget / Manage contracts / Maintain consistency and meet group standards & documents
6) Keep positive communications with all stakeholders and other internal/external departments
7) Architecture Engineering (preferred)
8) 15 years of experience
