Your day.

As the Construction Project Coordinator you need to know how to:

• Identify initial equipment needs and align with system standards, communicate system standards with user groups.
• Confirm all FFE items work within the newly design space. Complete test fits and space planning exercises.
• Develop initial cost estimates and complete FFE inventory assessments.
• Obtain preliminary drawings from vendor for major medical, specialty services, fixtures, furniture, etc. Manage vendor throughout project life cycle.
• Complete and provide Planning & Construction Project Manager with equipment specifications and requirements prior to Design Development.
• Define Furnish/Install Responsibilities for all FFE items (OFOI, CFCI, VFVI, etc.)
• Coordinate all on time ordering and delivery methods. Verify quantities and layouts for correctness, standards and preferences, specify alternates when necessary. Obtain quotes in order to generate PO’s and complete procurement.
• Complete asset disposal/reuse, ensure all items are removed prior to construction.
• Oversee dock coordination, deliveries and installation, ready knowledge of product placement. Coordinate fixture placement with user group.

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in healthcare procurement and/or healthcare interior design industry, preferred
• PMP Certification, LEED AP Certification is preferred.
