Job description
Main Responsibilities:
- Travelling to all new showrooms
- Manage the showroom fit out process from bid to opening
- Coordinate all contractors carrying out the fit out of the new showrooms
- Liaising with relevant parties for smooth approval of permits
- Manage the deliveries of stock required for the fit out of new showrooms
- Site management of contractors on site
- Dealing with any site questions
- Ensuring that the installation out is carried out according to drawings
Essential skills and knowledge:
- Previous experience of project/construction management is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion to take ownership of a project from start to finish
- Ability to travel to new showrooms opening around the North East of America
- Ability to effectively organise and prioritise workload
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and AIA contracts
