Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Malmstrom AFB, Montana

Clearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizen eligible to OBTAIN a DoD Secret Clearance

AttainX, Inc. is in search of a Construction Manager with a strong background in a discipline related to Facilities, Sustainment, Restoration, Modernization Design, and Project Support to join our USAF program on Malmstom AFB.

Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance
• Must have at 1-2 years of Construction Management experience.
• Practical knowledge of a wide range of technical engineering methods, principles, requirements, work techniques and practices relating to construction.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and structural aspects of major construction projects.
• Knowledge of inspection and safety practices /procedures in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of engineering and architectural plans and specifications to read and interpret construction requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; negotiate complex issues; and maintain good working relationships.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle, navigating throughout the missile field on both paved and gravel roads

Job Duties:

• Support all programs and disciplines related to Facilities, Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization Design and Project Support.
• Provide “on-site” technical and administrative services to support the MAFB CES mission both on base and in the missile field.
• Provide technical engineering design and construction management services in support of Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) projects as assigned. Selectees are required to manage construction and designs already in development, as well as other future projects.
• Manage construction and designs already in development, as well as other future projects
• Perform engineering project management to complete designs, construction management, and to provide quality assurance oversight for SRM projects
• Knowledge of basic computer skills (office applications) as well as the ability to work with a variety of data repositories and produce and maintain project management documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
