RVO Health is seeking a Configuration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact our Infrastructure Engineering team responsible for deploying, securing, and maintaining our macOS endpoints using JAMF Pro.

What You'll Do

• Design & maintain JAMF Pro infrastructure according to best practices.
• Software update management, package creation, and patch distribution.
• Configure and pilot device rollouts using zero-touch deployment.
• Hardware lifecycle testing, validation, and change control.
• Device management policy design, testing, and implementation.
• Create and maintain endpoint security baselines.
• Automate patch/update schedules and respond to critical vulnerability threats.
• Custom scripting and automation.
• Systems troubleshooting and reporting.
• Serve as macOS and JAMF Pro subject matter expert and final escalation point for technical support teams.
• Create and maintain documentation pertinent to endpoint management and JAMF configuration.

What We're Looking For

• Advanced knowledge of JAMF Pro.
• Advanced knowledge of vulnerability management concepts and methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of macOS OS and Apple hardware.
• Proficient in one or more modern scripting languages (Ex: Python, Bash, Shell, PowerShell).
• JAMF 200 certification desired with plans to start JAMF 300 within 6 months of start date.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Windows device management preferred but not required.
• Experience with Chrome management using Google Workspace preferred but not required.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $80,000 - $130,000
