The Configuration & Data Management Analyst will implement hardware and/or software configuration and data management activities to meet program contractual requirements. Analyst will provide support to engineering projects, audits, builds, information assurance packages, depot maintenance support, verification and control of the Launch Test Range Baseline.

Essential Functions:

• Support baseline control of all delivered software and hardware configuration items and documentation.
• Control and analysis for both Hardware and Software baselines.
• Reviews all software and hardware change requests submitted for approval to ensure completeness and compliance to company specific guidelines and industry best practices.
• Perform audits on Configuration Items, document findings and develop and deploy necessary correction actions.
• Ensures compliance to the ECP, and Deviation processes in an electronic environment.
• Maintains revision and version control over multiple baselines being worked and/or fielded simultaneously.
• Ensures that existing change management and change control processes are strictly enforced throughout the development life cycle.
• Analyzes proposed product design changes (drawings, software version descriptions and installation instruction, software assembly structure, technical orders, interface control documents, configuration items) to determine the effect on the overall product's baseline.
• Support the development, delivery, and customer review of program documentation/data deliverables and status accounting updates.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED:

• This position requires US Citizenship due to the sensitivity of customer related information.
• Education: A bachelor's degree.
• Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience in engineering documentation, product structure and change order experience in a configuration and data management environment.
• In lieu of degree: Candidates with 9+ years of relevant work experience will be considered.
• The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Requires familiarization with programs such as; Microsoft Office and CM Tools/Product Lifecycle Management tools, etc.

WORK LOCATION:

This position is located onsite; no hybrid or remote working will be available for this position.

BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS REQUIRED:

All Bastion employees must be able to pass a national agency check, some positions require a clearance and will require an extensive background verification/check process.

DRUG AND ALCOHOL SCREENING REQUIRED:

All Bastion employees must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen; some contracts require participation in periodic random drug and alcohol screening programs.
