$10/day commuter bonus for 35+ miles, and $20/day for 50+ miles.
Some locations may implement a vaccination requirement in the future if required by federal, state, or local law.
Responsibilities
- Review guest event requests and requirements and determine the next steps to take.
- Work with the Sales Manager to create long-term planning and execution of event arrangements.
- Partner with the food and beverage department at the property to organize the catering needs of events.
- Coordinate and host event rehearsals; ensure effective communication between all relevant departments at the property.
- Conduct a pre-and post-event briefing to ensure all departments understand the standards of the event.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
- Between 1 to 3 years' experience in hospitality, sales or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of property management and reservation systems preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel.
- Ability to lift, balance, and move up to 35 lbs.
