The Convention Center Admin/Guest Services position is responsible for accommodating patrons by registering events and assisting with all questions and concerns.
This is a Full Time position with a Tuesday - Saturday availability. Hours worked depend on amount of groups in house. Typically 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited to: • Register guests upon arrival • Greet and direct guests where events are located • Assign rooms and issue keys to guests • Scheduling and confirming reservations • Presenting statements and collecting payments from departing guests • Assists with room block data entry, rooming lists, room deliveries, etc.
- Assists the Wedding Manager with wedding day tasks • Administrative tasks for the Sales and Operations departments • Must be detail and people orientation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Wilderness Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer
