Pouring Crew members are part of our Production team and assist in the pouring, setting and finishing of Concrete for the purpose of building parking garages, sports complexes and office/retail buildings. Over time/ Time and a half is paid after 8 hours worked each day

We are currently seeking new co-workers for our 1st shift team starting at 8 AM - This position works regular over time.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Reviews prints with attention to detail
• Sets up prints using a tape measure
• Places steel in forms
• Uses the bolt cutters to cut the mesh
• Utilizes concrete saws to cut strand
• Handles oil sprayers to blow oil forms

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

• A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED)
• Basic math & measurement skills needed as well as knowledge of various hand, power & measurement tools
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment are critical
• Prior concrete and/or construction experience is helpful, but not required
• Familiarity with reading blueprints a plus!
