LOCATION:

Our concrete yard is currently based out of Big Timber, MT and soon Big Sky, MT. Our concrete crew currently covers projects from Big Sky to Big Timber.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Setting forms
• Inspecting surfaces for pouring issues
• Directing casting of concrete with the truck driver
• Pouring, smoothing, and leveling using hand and power tools
• Monitoring effects of weather on the curing process
• Applying sealing and hardening components
• Polishing surfaces
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces
• Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to work overtime and weekends as required by the workload
• Observe and comply with all safety and project rules.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience working as a Concrete Finisher/Form Setter
• Knowledge of hand-held power tools including vibrators, polishers, cutting saws and edging tools

• Basic understanding of how to read a plan set and ability to put them into practice
• Reliability and punctuality
• Positive attitude and detailed work ethic
• Ability to understand, follow, and communicate written and oral instructions
• Desire to learn, work as a team and advance your skills
• Demonstrate safe work habits and knowledge of safety rules and instructions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver license are required

• Wage $24-35/hour + DOE
• 4x 10-hour days with optional overtime
