The lobby/club concierge is responsible for responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making
arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Responds to special requests from guests with unique needs and follows up to ensure satisfaction. Gathers, summarizes, and
provides information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities. Answers, records, and processes all guest calls,
messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Ensures the smooth operation of the lobby area/club lounge with extreme attention to detail. Exemplifies the philosophy and mission
of Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa.

Minimum one year experience as a Concierge is encouraged

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous
• Ability to work well under pressure to coordinate multiple requests at any given time
• Ability to clearly, and eloquently communicate with correct grammar in English with guests, visitors and coworkers both written, over the telephone, and in person.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to input and access date in a computer; including but not limited to google search, email correspondence, Microsoft Office computer applications skills and other hospitality platforms.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention of details.
• Ability to maintain guest information, and pertinent hotel data, with high confidentiality.

• Ability to stand for an extended period of time
