The Compliance Operations Training Coordinator runs the daily operations of the training department and is responsible for scheduling courses, ordering materials, tracking all training courses organized in the Company, and administering the training email inbox. This position will also work closely with Compliance to update and publish Compliance training. This position reports to the AVP of Talent Development and will be located on-site at the front desk of our corporate office in Chadds Ford, PA. In addition, the Talent Development Coordinator will assist HR with building, mailing, and other related matters as assigned.
What is a day in the life at Flagship as a Compliance Operations Training Coordinator?
- To support Talent Development and HR with updating rosters, scheduling courses, creating courses in the Company’s Learning Management System (LMS), running reports, following up on training approvals, administering training correspondence, ordering supplies and to support Compliance with updating and publishing Compliance training in addition to assisting with other on-site responsibilities as assigned.
- Work with HR, IT, TD, and Hiring Managers to schedule training courses in the Company’s LMS, update Training Roster, Outlook Calendar and Trainer Scheduler as appropriate
- Work with Compliance to update e-learning compliance programs, publish, schedule and follow up course completions
- Reserve locations, order materials, and send supplies associated with training and new hire onboarding as needed
- Reply to emails received in the training inbox within 24 hours utilizing resources when needed
- Run reports to assist Talent Development Management, Specialists and other Department Managers with tracking of course completions and other statistics as requested
- Assist Talent Development with obtaining and storing training approvals in a timely manner.
- Complete all assigned compliance training by deadline
- Be onsite as needed to assist with onsite duties and other tasks as assigned by HR
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant, Trainer, or similar role
- Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role
- Knowledge of office procedures; must be vaccinated for COVID-19 and able to work 100% on site
- Outstanding communication skills and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- Able to learn new systems quickly, experience with reports
- Strong attention to detail
- Driven and motivated by a fast-paced environment
- Being able to demonstrate an honest, professional, and ethical standard is essential.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required to include Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; LMS knowledge preferred.
