Job Description Summary

Responsible for managing the execution and coordination of the BSA/AML transaction monitoring activities and ensure compliance with policies, laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and self-regulatory organization rules.

Essential Job Functions

• Provides a leadership role in providing BSA/AML transaction monitoring oversight to align with the Bank's BSA/AML Compliance program.
• Advises on regulatory application for existing and new transaction monitoring framework, addresses requirements under the Compliance program framework, tests typologies to ensure appropriate controls
• Collaborates with Enterprise Risk Advanced Analytics Team and Information Technology to ensure understanding and implementation of new and existing transaction monitoring scenarios.
• Collaborates with Model Risk Management Group to identify issues, monitor corrective action remediation.
• Manages and/or performs periodic 2nd LOD monitoring to determine effectiveness of Enterprise Business Unit controls.
• Prepares metrics and other high level MIS reporting for Compliance Management. Ensures reporting is prepared and submitted timely, in coordination with other Compliance Operations Groups.
• Manages a group of Compliance Professionals pursuant to BOW HR requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - External

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field

Work Experience

• 10 yrs Compliance/Audit/Risk Management experience

Annual Hiring Range: $127,000 - $210,000

• In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive.
• The base salary opportunity can vary based on candidate’s geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Working Location Statement
