Job Description:
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

1. Participate in compensation surveys, evaluate benchmark matches, and maintain data in our compensation management systems.
2. Analyze survey data and market intelligence to determine competitive strategic ranges aligned with organizational goals.
3. Ensure compliance with compensation guidelines, pay equity, FLSA classifications, and track regulatory changes and trends.
4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing consultation on compensation best practices.
5. Ensure accurate and complete job descriptions, conducting annual reviews when roles or structures change.
6. Perform monthly audits to manage and maintain compensation data.
7. Assist with merit and annual incentive compensation programs, including system configurations.
8. Document processes, create work aids, and develop training materials to improve efficiency and customer service.
9. Act as the HCM Workday Functional Lead, providing guidance to the HR team on system interactions and communications.
10. Perform self-audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
11. Test and troubleshoot existing and proposed system functions to resolve issues and ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Compensation, with some experience in Workday Human Capital Management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a critical eye for data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, interacting with personnel at all levels of expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of PayFactors or PayScale preferred.
• Experience participating in salary surveys.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Workday experience highly desired.
• CCP Certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Moderate keyboard usage.

Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $85,000 - $100,000. However, the actual pay range depends each candidate’s experience, qualifications, and job location.

Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
