We provide home care services such as companion care, meal prep, cleaning, personal care, dementia care, and more. If you want to make a difference in someone’s life, we have the opportunity for you to do this.During this time of crisis, no experience of certification is required, we will train you on all you need to know. If you're looking for hours temporarily or just to help the most vulnerable and desperate for care in our community, we can get you hired, trained and working shifts within days of your application for the position of caregiver/ home health aide. Full time and overtime available.We have a protocol in place to address and manage the risks and spread of Coronavirus. We do provide masks (N95 if needed), gloves, hand sanitizer, a shield (If you want one), and gowns to ensure you are as safe as possible in their homes.General details/ benefits of the role:

FirstLight Home Care is a lifeline and peace of mind not only for seniors, but for anyone over the age of 18 who needs extra assistance.Home Health Aide responsibilities include:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Preparing and serving meals
- Help with bathing, grooming and incontinence care
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Shopping, errands and transportation
- Other duties as assigned
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to lift 25+ lbs
- Have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and a safe vehicle
- Be willing to work one weekend shift a weekend (this can be as short as 3 hours on Saturday or Sunday) or work both days every other weekend
- Be able to take and pass a drug test and background check
