As the , you would be responsible for providing on-going crisis/risk assessments, developing and monitoring safety plans, providing individual, group and family therapy, participating in interdisciplinary treatment team to meet the needs of FITT clients/families. FITT is an intensive, approximately 90-day in-home program, for youth who are at risk of out-of-home placement (e.g. hospitalization, residential, detention). Position is flexible and therapists carry an average caseload of four clients.
