OVERVIEW:
$2,500.00 Sign on Bonus Paid after 90 days of employment.
This position is based out of the Mt. Rogers area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
SALARY & BENEFITS:
The Community Support Professional III, provides direct intensive community crisis stabilization and prevention supports to individuals diagnosed with behavioral health diagnoses served by the REACH program. Also assists with the development of and staff training in individualized behavior support plans. Works as part of the REACH team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community.
$2,500.00 Sign on Bonus Paid after 90 days of employment.
This position is based out of the Mt. Rogers area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in special education, social work, psychology, or approved human services related field is preferred.
- Current registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP-A and/or QMHP-C is preferred, will consider QMHP-T.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (state of Virginia, unless otherwise approved by agency) with an acceptable driving record. Must maintain acceptable record throughout employment.
