Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Community Relations Specialist to own the customer onboarding and training process. In this role, you will be high touch in communication and support with our direct and indirect customers both pre and post deployment. We are looking for an excellent communicator, high energy, and a passion for providing a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Understand Pano’s mission and strategic objectives
  • Actively seek and schedule fire community events that creates opportunities with end use customers
  • Identify and participate in a variety of outreach efforts including community fire events, presentations, workshops, and trainings
  • Nurture and establish relationships with all fire resources surrounding Pano deployments
  • Be the first point of contact for the customer’s field questions and support needs
  • Monitor customer experience through regular check-ins and collect feedback
  • Attend and support industry trade shows as needed
  • Identify Fire Operations Pano Advocates and work towards a Pano Fire Summit made up of industry leaders
  • Model exemplary customer service internally and externally
  • Provide post deployment check-ins and additional training where necessary
  • In collaboration with the Pano team, design and own the training and onboarding process for new users
  • Reach out via phone/email to local fire authorities to notify them of the Pano deployment in their area and schedule virtual training sessions
  • Conduct regular check ins with all customers and ensure they are receiving quality service
  • Support the Sales Team as needed

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years in either training and development, sales, marketing, operations, or project management.
  • Wildfire or Forestry background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude with strong interpersonal and outreach skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Comfortable working in a SaaS environment with an understanding of Google Suite
  • Able to travel 10%-20%
  • Belief in Pano AI’s mission, empathy for the stakeholders we serve, a desire to excite our customers, and curiosity and interest in our technology
