The Community Outreach Partner is a key member in promoting the Rodeo Mission and Core Values so that people understand Why We Exist and How We Do Business. Successful candidates will work inside and outside of our world-class lobbies engaging, entertaining, and caring for our patients while also traveling to local venues to promote the Rodeo Dental Brand. This includes grassroots marketing efforts and meeting weekly goals to increase Rodeo Dental Brand awareness and identify new Patients.

- Outgoing & friendly personality with a strong work ethic.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Willing to stand outside of retail shops and work independently, while being a part of a great team.
- Comfortable with giving presentations and educating people about Rodeo Dental and our great dental services.
- Assertive, self-motivated, and results orientated
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, or other grassroots community outreach is a PLUS, but not necessary
