COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
Location: Boston/remote (position is virtual)
Employment type: Contract – 15 hours/week
SecureSeniorConnections® is searching for a Community Associate to join our Member Engagement team. Ideal candidates will be incredibly tech savvy, agile, and interested in building community through virtual events. You are a creative thinker who can help us improve, and then maintain, our processes .
The Community Associate will collaborate closely with the Senior Community Manager. They will have opportunities to work with the Member Engagement, Communications, and Content teams.
Our office is virtual with the majority of the staff based in the Boston area.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality control for our virtual event logistics pre- and post-event
- Reconcile event attendance between registrations and attendees
- Maintain anonymous event feedback responses
- Manage projects in Asana and monitor progress against deadlines
- Create and organize event speaker folders
- Document event standard operating procedures
- Support Member Engagement team as needed
What You Bring to the Table
- Proficiency in Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar
- Ridiculously good organizational skills and an impressive attention to details
- Excellent written communication skills
- Problem solving skills – you can identify problems and propose workable solutions
- A love for learning new things and brainstorming
- Solid understanding of Zoom
- Experience with Asana is a bonus but proficiency not required for consideration
