Community Director
Job description
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for all aspects involved with managing a property. The following is a list of things an Assistant Property Manager may do in a day (there are additional duties that may not be listed)
-Collect and Record Rent
-Handle Resident Complaints
-Issue Lease Violations
-Complete Unit Inspections
-Enter Invoices
-Walk the Property to check for cleanliness
-Walk units from time to time
-Any additional duties assigned
-Property Management Experience -Preferred
-One Site Experience-Preferred
-Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws-Preferred
-Job Type: Full time.
Monday-Saturday
Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications

•Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Huntsville, TX 77340: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- OneSite: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
